BE CAREFUL
It is very cute, but SUPER delicate. It was packed so tight that it broke when I tried to get it out - the second hand and the battery cover popped off...I am not sure if I will get it to work or not.
Do Not Buy, Doesn't Work!
Please do not waste your money like I did. I took this clock out the box today, put a brand new battery & the thing made a slight ticking noise & the minute hand kind of wobbled a little but never moved any further. I've seen a couple other people have said the same thing. Wish I would have read reviews before I purchased. Also, mine has no second hand either.
2 defective units later...
I gave up. The other reviews are pretty much spot on. Clock is cute, no question about it but as far as getting down to its business of actually being a clock... not so much. Amazon remains my retailer of choice for their amazing customer support but neither clock I received would work. I could see the minute hand sort of twitch along when (more IF than when...) the gizmo in the back was ticking but it never actually moved or kept time. On to another clock it is.
